Although the cello-themed festival immediately associates with concerts, we present the cinema and theatre programme, dedicated to this instrument. The latest film by the US director and Academy Award nominee Josh Aronson called “Talent Has Hunger” tells a story about the incomprehensible power of music to consume, enhance and propel lives. Actors of the Klaipėda Puppet Theatre, interested in the impacts of the cello music to the human mind set, created a sensitive storyline about the father and his world, led by the healing sounds of the cello.
