This concert is the result of an intense work by the contestants and the jury members. It will feature the winners of the 2023 International David Geringas Cello Competition. Having competed in two categories, junior and professional, professional performers, as well as cello students and pupils from Lithuania and abroad, will showcase the most beautiful works they have performed during the competition rounds, and the quality of their musicianship that impressed the jury. The winners will perform works for solo cello, cello and piano, as well as cello concerti with the Klaipėda Chamber Orchestra conducted by the experienced maestro, Martynas Staškus.
INFORMATION FOR CONCERT GOERS
